It was simple to deal with Good Brothers Dodge service department even though I couldn’t drop off or pickup my truck when service was open.. I called them and requested a Saturday, they said no problem drop it off the night before and I could pick it up with sales
My van was making thumping sounds when shifting. I feared it was the transmission. It turned out to be a missing bolt on the motor mount. I didn't have a ride to pick it up so they sent a driver to pick me up. All staff were courteous and professional. I'm glad I bought my van there.
