Making an appointment is easy and I was able to schedule it when I wanted it. On the day of my appointment my service advisor was pleasant and was also able to order a part for me.
I have two ram trucks, my wife has a Laramie and I have a big horn. Both trucks were in for service and I really appreciated the care and service I received. I recently purchased a vehicle with Good Brothers. All of the sales and service staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with no expectations due to low/bad credit and left with a new-to-me (used) vehicle. I was never made to feel less than as I was at other dealers due to my credit situation. This is the second Ram 1500 that I have purchased from Good Brothers and it couldn't be easier. I've gotten the best customer service both buying this vehicle and also in there service department which is also excellent. There was a blown directional ligh but rather than just changing the bulb the tech took the time to completely check everything just to make sure that was all it was. Who would have expected a bad bulb on a 2026 truck. But that's just the level of service you guys at Good Brothers

Horrible service department. 2.5 hrs of an oil change that I had an appointment for. Treated rudely at my early check in, had to listen to the service department as they had public speakerphone conversations with customers. I had to ask for my truck as they misplaced it. No trust in these people, go somewhere else for service.

I have been a customer of Good Bros. since the 1990’s. I have bought new vehicles and a used vehicle from them. From the first person who greets you to the last person who assists with payment all are friendly, professional and knowledgeable in the respective primary function. The service department is excellent. Follow through with estimates for work, and updates during the process. Try to always meet the time estimates for completion and are all pleasant to work with. The waiting area is clean. I would not think of changing dealerships!

This is my fifth leased Vehicle (first time here), and the sales team (Dan and Jack) at Good Brothers made this by far the easiest and simplest process I have experienced. Good Brothers has truly figured out how to streamline their commercial sales process. For a small to medium size business they deliver in every aspect that we look for when purchasing a new vehicle - pricing is more than reasonable, the sales closing process is time efficient, they make outfitting trucks or vans quick and easy by having established relationships with reputable outfitters and they deliver vehicles to the our offices out on the Cape.

Oil change was quick, they didn’t have me on the schedule which was odd since I made the appt 2 days prior. They got me in quick. Only problem was when I came out and started to drive away I noticed my real window was shattered. Was fine when I brought it there. They did a quick vacuum job and a tape up. Set me up with an appt but it’s not for 2 weeks as we are in the midst of a few storms. They didn’t really take ownership of the problem, which was bothersome.
